VivoRank — SaaS platform for sports organizations
Industry: SportsTech SaaS. Project type: Product Strategy, Product Engineering, and multi-tenant SaaS. Status: Production.
Overview
VivoRank was created to transform fragmented sports processes into a unified digital platform. We designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform that connects operations, competitions, community, and administration, enabling the product to evolve continuously without compromising the existing operation.

Core challenges
- Clubs, associations, and organizers were working with manual processes and disconnected tools.
- The product had to serve different types of organizations, each with different needs, permissions, and workflows.
- The architecture had to support new modules and use cases without rebuilding the platform.
- The team needed to combine development speed with the reliability required for real users and organizations.

From an operational need to a multi-tenant SaaS platform in production.
Problem: Fragmented sports processes, disconnected tools, and manual operations made it difficult to manage and scale clubs, associations, and competitions.
What we did: We designed and built a modular SaaS platform that integrates reservations, tournaments, rankings, members, collections, communications, and operational management.
Result: A production product used by real sports organizations and prepared to add new modules, organizations, and markets.
